Trish Glazier of Fair Realty based out of the Shuswap, has been a veteran of over 16 years in the Real Estate Industry and has represented many clients from the Shuswap to the Okanagan, selling hundreds of successful transactions over the years.

Trish Glazier grew up in Kamloops, eventually moving to the North Okanagan where she completed her Office Administration course at Okanagan College. Also Working in Sales she then decided to pursue her career & passion for real estate, and completed her real estate licensing course through UBC's Sauder School of Business in 2005. Working 11 successful years in the North Okanagan she had an amazing opportunity to move to the Beautiful Shuswap. She now has an extensive knowledge of the North Okanagan & Shuswap areas.

About a year ago our real-estate adventure began. Due to a job offer we were moving from Calgary to Blind Bay. We were referred to Trish by one of her fellow realtors. I truly can't say enough about Trish. We could call her letting her know that we were making a quick trip out to Blind Bay in hopes of seeing some houses that just came up on the market. We did this quite a few times. Trish even went and viewed a couple homes for us when it wasn't possible for us to make the drive out. She took videos for us so we could get a real feel for the homes. She ws so accomodating and made every effort to show us these homes. The market was crazy. Homes were selling in a day with multiple offers. It was a very stressful time for us. She assured us that the right house would come up and not to feel pressured to just grab a home that didn't meet our needs. We really felt she had our best interests at heart. Trish would even discourage us if she felt the home could prove to be problematic for future sales. Trish is a very patient and a kind person who takes her job seriously. Her clients are her first priority. In the end we found the perfect home. Trish didn't stop there, she made sure we had all the contacts necessary to get our home up and running. Trish has continued to help us get settled in and has even gone so far as to promote my business. She isn't just the best realtor ever, she has also become a wonderful friend. "We had been thinking about downsizing and moving from Blind Bay to Salmon Arm for awhile. Then friends sold their house and highly recommended Trish Glazier from Fair Realty in Sorrento. 

We contacted Trish who came over, asked us what we were looking for in a new home and gave us an evaluation of what our property might sell for. In the meantime she patiently showed us all suitable properties for sale in Salmon Arm and gave us sound advice in the process. On relocating to another part of the Province, I needed to find an informative agent with knowledge of the area. I was moving too, as this would e a sight unseen purchase. I had called a number of agents and on talking to Trish I found her personality and positive attitude very appealing. On visiting potential homes, Trish would walk me through the home with her  - via phone and always sending extra pictures of areas that were not shown in the Listing.
